The BMW Club is the trading name of The B.M.W. Motorcycle Club Limited (hereinafter called "the company") which is a company registered in England & Wales and limited by guarantee. Members of The BMW Club are required to be members of the company, and as such, become guarantors of the company, to the maximum amount of £1.00 (One pound sterling) each in the event of the company being wound up and unable to pay its debts. This is just for tax reasons and means we can do more with the money the Club receives from your subscriptions.
